CHESTER, Pennsylvania, March 30, 2010 -- Recently the I Can Voices of Hope visited Chester Pennsylvania, USA and was graciously hosted by Dr. Joyce Scott and New Life Ministries International in. On Thursday and Friday the group performed at various schools in the community and at the church on the weekend. Below are a few pictures from the fantastic weekend.
